ABSTRACT
The mini plate heat exchanger has been designed to replicate industrial size plate heat exchangers on a laboratory scale. Individual tubes are utilized to give a variety of duties: Pre heating, heating, tap water cooling, chilling water cooling etc.
The unit is self contained and supplied complete with hot water and chilling water generations built in. Homogenizer in line and aseptic filling device is optional. Whole system is designed compactly and only requires electricity and water supply.
This machine can be controlled by control panel or just by computer which can be easily connected. All data can be printed, recorded, downloaded, saved forever and displayed as analytic curve line.
APPLICATION
Milk,milk drinks/shakes,beer,fruit drinks(no cells),pouning custards,saues and egg products.
