Technical service staff: The seventeen engineers in technical support Dept. of Shanghai Triowin have rich working experience in service work like installation , test and maintenance of machinery. The company send engineers aboard periodically to receive advanced training to enhance the capacity of installation and test.
Emergency service: Shanghai Triowin promises our customers that on receiving the buyers' trouble complaint, we provide immediate telephone technical support, and if telephone service doesn't help, our service engineers will arrive the spot within 24hs to solve problems.
Maintenance charge: we provide free service for problems within one year from delivery, and after one year, we charge accordingly.
Service mission: Shanghai Triowin has implemented “quality service month” since 2000. Every March and April, our engineers will go to visit our customers to gather info. of our machinery use and to solve some problems for customers.
