PRINCIPLET:triowin sleeving machine is the innovation in packaging field combining mechanical theory and electrical control theory. The working principle are as follows: the fee d screw begin to fee d bottles when the sleeving electronic eyes d etect bottles or fin d the requirement of continual pro d uction. The bottles were fe d into the core working unit, the sleeving electronic eyes d etect bottles an d convey this information to control center PLC, PLC then release 4 instructions continuously: label fee d ing, orientation, label cutting an d injecting. When injecting process finishe d , the bottles go to the next process: label location an d shrinkage.
