The function of the Chieh Hung Sterilizing & Cooling machine is specially designed for low temperature sterilization and cooling for the filled and sealed non-low-acid drinks. It is also with the returning temperature function for returning the product temperature from filling temperature to room temperature for preventing generating water drops on the outer surface of the packing can. The condensed drops will make the can corrode easily and affect putting on label or mark on the can. And after packing ,the wet can will make the carton break much earlier.
The basic principle of this unit is that water is used as the heat exchange medium. The sterilizing water is heated through a tube type heater and is evenly sprayed on the bottle or can surface for promoting the product temperature to the sterilizing level. After sterilization, the product shall be moved to the cooling area. Though spraying cold water, the product temperature is lowered down to the room temperature. All the used water shall flow back to the bottom thank for recycling.
